We recognize there are many choices in the janitorial marketplace today…almost too many, so how do you distinguish the great from the average…and who do you believe?

Unfortunately, much too often, people make lofty promises just to get the contract. After you have entrusted them, they will usually perform an adequate job the first few visits, but shortly thereafter, the quality deteriorates dramatically. Finally when you try to address problems, they only respond with excuses and ask for more time to fix the problem…which never seems to get resolved!

  • Can they provide client recommendations?

So if a company cannot provide you with a satisfying and confident answer to these four things…why should you believe they will treat you any different?
